Can I return a mystery bag?
Due to the surprise nature of our products, we don't accept returns on opened bags. If your bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days via USPS. Priority shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping to any order for $3. Each bag comes with a gift tag where you can write a personal message.
